Unopened and unused merchandise is eligible for return within 30 days of purchase. . If you notice that one of your products is damaged or defective, please contact hello@balenatural.com before proceeding with your return. Please note, a photo of the damaged item is needed in order to further assist.

Please note, shipping cost is non-refundable.

The processing time for your refund is estimated to be 14 business days from the date of receipt.

Exchanges are taken on a case by case basis. If interested in proceeding with an exchange, please contact hello@balenatural.com with your order number/receipt and the reason for exchange. Please confirm if the item has been opened for the health and safety of our teams.

RETAIL RETURN POLICY
Returns will be accepted within 30 days of purchase for refund or exchange only. Merchandise must be unopened, unused, and accompanied by an original receipt.

Please note, refunds must be returned to the original form of tender. BALÉNATURAL does not offer store credit or gift cards at this time.
